Based on extensive experience managing corporate Human Resources operations, technology, and full-cycle projects / programs in for-profit and non-profit environments, Principal HR Consultant & Founder Emilie Sizemore has demonstrated success as Subject Matter Expert in people management, HR system implementation, and reporting and analytics with an eye for process improvement. Founding Champion HR Consulting in 2017, Emilie now serves as Principal Consultant to support the needs of many organizations lacking in necessary HR Project support.


Based in the Northern Chicago area, Champion HRC is equipped to address the myriad of needs an organization may require in their HR lifecycle and provide clients with a detailed, engaging service level experience, whether on-site, remote or in a cloud-based environment. From policy development to process improvement plans to system projects, Champion can provide quality-focused, compliance-driven results, customized to meet specification.

OUR CHAMPION

The Champion name is an homage to Emilie’s grandmother, Frances Champion, who descended from a long line of Champions in both ancestry and work ethic. Frances grew up in a poor farming town in the Mississippi Delta. After marriage and raising a family in Florida, along with nursing her ailing mother, Frances went to night school to get her degree in her late fifties. Her determination led to a successful career as JAG paralegal. Our work is dedicated to Frances' relentless energy, her vivacious charm and ever present memory. We pledge to handle every project like a Champ!
